Sequoia Hotel Advisors, LLC ("Sequoia") provides real estate valuation, asset management and advisory services to financial institutions, pension funds and corporate clients. Sequoia specializes in hotels and resorts, in addition to mixed-use developments that have lodging facilities. Our client base includes some of the country's largest money center banks and financial institutions; state, municipal and private equity pension funds; several publicly-held companies with hotel assets; and major law firms representing clients with real estate holdings that include hotels.

Formed in 2001, Sequoia Hotel Advisors, LLC operates under the direction of its founder Terence V. Coffey, who is a member of several professional organizations, including the Counselors of Real Estate and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom. Mr. Coffey is a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Association of Realtors. He has extensive experience in the hotel industry, having been a Vice President of Real Estate and Asset Management for the hotel subsidiary of a large pension fund and Director of Real Estate Investments for an international corporation based in Hong Kong with hotel assets of US$3.0 billion
